Who am I? I am a dedicated real estate expert with many years of experience. I have sold millions of dollars of real estate through out my career.  As a veteran, I understand the needs that a veteran has, and the dedication needed to find you the home of your dreams.  I have also spent more than 20+ years in the local fire service in the Omaha area.  So when it comes to dedication, I understand what the word means.  I am ready to provide you that dedication as well. 

If you are a buyer, I leave no stone unturned.  If it's not in the MLS, I will have many other sources to find you homes that are for sale in our local area.  I will even contact For Sale By Owner listings on your behalf.  I will show you how easy and stress free it is to buy a home when I represent and protect you in the transaction.  The Omaha housing market is what some would call "out of control".  Be prepared for in some cases multiple offers and the homes being sold way above asking price.  This is why you need a good agent on your team, one that will search high and low to find you that home that you desire.

A little about me...

I live in Lavista with my amazing "better half" and our very spoiled English Setter named Brit.  Originally from the Cleveland Ohio area.  We have 3 grown adult boys, and 3 grand children.  I am a Gulf war veteran and served in the United States Air Force.  I have spent 22 years in the fire service as a Paramedic.  I will be retiring from the fire service this year!!  I feel like I work for the best company in the world.  Nebraska Realty is Nebraska founded and maintained with Nebraska values.  That says alot!!  Out of almost 800 agents I was in the top 50 agents in the company.  I LOVE what I do, and I think it shows.  Thank you for taking the time to read about me and what I can do to help you with all your real estate needs.  Have an amazing day!
